The Carlsbad Lifestyle
New Age Resorts
Supported by the City of Carlsbad and included as an integral component of the City's General Plan, the Resort will be positioned to emphasize the site's natural expansive white water views of the Pacific Ocean as well as the picturesque Batiquitos Lagoon Nature Reserve. The Resort will exemplify the quintessential Southern California lifestyle with airy communal spaces, a world class spa, spacious ocean view villas, ample meeting space and dining lounges as well as exemplary service set among a verdant landscape featuring sophisticated beach chic coastal architecture.

Hotel & Spa
The Project proposes the development of a three-story resort hotel and villa, featuring a 198-key resort hotel, 40 time-share units, event ballrooms, meeting rooms, spa facility, dining lounges, fitness center, pool and various other ancillary facilities which include subterranean parking for Project operations.
Manicured Hiking Trails
The Project also includes a recreational looped trail for public use along the blufftop edge for scenic views overlooking the Batiquitos Lagoon. In addition to coastal views, this scenic overlook area will contribute to passive recreating (hiking, photography, nature watching, artistry) for the public and will include seating, interpretive environmental signage (native plants/flowers and wildlife), and shade (planted native cultivar trees or a shade feature).
Resort Villas
The Resort Villas include 40 one- and two- bedroom villa units that would be located within six separate structures independent of the hotel. Each Resort Villa unit will have its own kitchen and other amenities including plunge pool, individual fire pits and private terraces.
Restaurants and Bakery/Cafes
The Project will include up to four dining lounges from casual to fine-dining outlets. Each dining lounge will feature unique offerings alongside expansive views of the Pacific Ocean that will enhance each customers experience.
